To young to be teething? - m gum is swallon around my wisdom tooth

My daughter is 4 months and I'm sure he's teething problems ... What do you think?
Signs are:
Boat, ship, boat and ship more
Grizzly
Rash on his face
2 + bowl movements a day - are close, although
Brat
You need to chew on their hands and their hands to themselves
somewhat thick / swallon gum base, a sign of teeth that I still can not see.
If this is teething, what is the average number of symptoms for the last time before cutting his teeth .... which has so far 2 weeks

It seems that the teeth and shes no, not too young! Babies can teeth at any age! its small teeth can be used to cut or it could be a month! only initial support, as bonjella, Ashton and Parsons teething powder and teethers for chewing!
