GRAPEFRUIT PLANt HELP!!! EMERGENCY!!!? - grapefruit plant

I went for 3 days and forgot to leave my cats throw out. So we went, my grapefruit tree (4 years) is sitting on me and I'm back and my cat has shit on it. I have so much as I could. and my tree looks a little dry. I took the manure and irrigation. and tomorrow I'll save my garden and get a new pot and soil. some of its lost roots. What are your suggestions to the ground and everything. Please help! Ive grow this plant in my own, I will not die!
